2 online meetings per month I've been doing ballet since I was 6, and I am familiar with the life of ballerinas. We are expected to be strong, energetic, flexible but also have a slim long physique. It is really hard to stay under this pressure. Long rehearsal hours, tiring lessons and successful shows, and you may not even have a time to eat. Even though you experience all these difficulties, a single applause can make you forget everything. I want to support ballerinas and dancers with my experience in nutrition, and at the same time with my dancing experience. I want to educate them about their nutritional needs. In this program, I will prepare a nutrition program suitable for your age, height, weight and according to your rehearsal and performance schedule. In this program, you will find all the answers for your questions such as what you should eat before the practice, when you should stop eating, what you should eat before a show.
